WHERE THEORY BECOMES REALITY
WHAT MAKES MAP DIFFERENT?
The MAP system will take you to the next level on the court, field, ice, track, and in the pool. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and the specificity of our training programs. At MAP, we focus on developing an athlete's overall athletic IQ, which supports and enhances their sport-specific skill work. Athletes must learn the proper mechanics to increase strength, speed, agility, and power to reduce injury and reach their full potential.
At MAP, we focus on quality over quantity. We not only concentrate on the athlete's physical development but also their mental and emotional strength, building confidence within. We educate each athlete so they will understand the physical objective of each training session. The MAP system begins with specific testing. Every athlete will receive an individualized plan focusing on proper bio-mechanical movements and strength techniques. MAP also integrates nutritional education to help athletes reach their full potential.

"Steve was behind the scenes but very instrumental in the development of many of the players I've Coached, including my son.".
Carlton Valentine
Basketball Coach and father to 2016 DI National Basketball Player of the Year, Denzel Valenine
Every athletic trainer knows how to make someone strong, but I have never in my life met someone that turns a potentially great athlete into an unstoppable one. What makes Steve so different from EVERYONE is his inability to step down.

" Steve is a one of a kind trainer who not only motivates, but also inspires Soldiers to strive in their career and personnel lives. Without Steve's support, the 404th ASB Reconditioning Physical Readiness Training program would never have been so successful. Steve not only knows all aspects of physical fitness he also knows the military better than any strength and conditioning coach I have ever met. Steve inspired hundreds of Soldiers in the 4th Combat Aviation Brigade alone, and in my opinion, is the hardest working and most passionate people in the HPOP program.
