WHAT MAKES MAP DIFFERENT?

 

The MAP system will take you to the next level on the court, field, ice, track, and in the pool. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and the specificity of our training programs. At MAP, we focus on developing an athlete's overall athletic IQ, which supports and enhances their sport-specific skill work. Athletes must learn the proper mechanics to increase strength, speed, agility, and power to reduce injury and reach their full potential. 

At MAP, we focus on quality over quantity. We not only concentrate on the athlete's physical development but also their mental and emotional strength, building confidence within. We educate each athlete so they will understand the physical objective of each training session. The MAP system begins with specific testing. Every athlete will receive an individualized plan focusing on proper bio-mechanical movements and strength techniques.  MAP also integrates nutritional education to help athletes reach their full potential.

Sport  Specific Training

MAP helps athletes of all levels improve their performance and maximize their potential. We offer personalized training programs tailored to the specific needs of each athlete, incorporating strength and conditioning, flexibility, and injury prevention exercises.

Tactical Training

We provide specialized training for our military personnel, law enforcement officers, and emergency responders, physically preparing them to perform their best in high-stress, situations.

Wether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just increase your overall health and fitness, we will provide expert instruction, guidance, and personalized coaching to help you reach your fitness goals.

Plyometrics

We provide a one of a kind program which utilizes explosive, high-intensity movements to improve power, speed, and agility. Increase your vertical jump and your quickness through dynamic movements  that challenge the muscles and nervous system.

Consulting

Strength and conditioning consulting services provide expert guidance and support for teams, coaches, and business leaders to optimize athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. These services may include assessments, program design, training supervision, and education on topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery.

Education

MAP offers comprehensive strength and conditioning programing and classes for teams, and homeschool students. Classes are designed to help students of all ages and levels to improve their physical fitness and athletic performance in a safe and supportive environment. We also have extensive experience presenting at camps and clinics.
